I have been busy this last week working on my Dresden Plate. It is 116" square with 25 plates, 25 blades in each plate. Now for the binding.
I also almost finished my new purse. I was able to find the cotton clothes line rope with the poly core at Ace

I hope everyone has a great week.

The quilt is gorgeous Sharon and I love the purse.
Amazing (and large) Dresden quilt. It is beautiful. The purse is so cute.
Outdone yourself woman:)
Beatiful work on the quilt, Sharon! I have rope all covered and ready to do something with. Maybe I'll actually finish it! LOL. I found the clothesline at our WallMart in the hardware section.
Sharon, I love the way you quilted that Dresden Plate. Great feathers and that cool sashing really make this one a beauty.
OK, not I would never have thought to do a purse with selvage around clothesline. I had seen it done with strips but this will use up some of the selvage strips. Thank you for the idea.
